Every junction in my waterproofing system is reinforced with this bandage. It bridges the junction, increases tensile strength and prevents reflection cracking all in one product. Essential waterproofing accessory.
Applied this over every junction where the flat roof membrane meets the parapet wall. These are the highest risk areas on any flat roof. Since using this system not a single leak at any parapet junction.
After embedding this bandage the finished membrane is noticeably more resistant to foot traffic damage and accidental puncture. Very important on a roof that gets regular access. Excellent product.
The bandage performs brilliantly once embedded. Found on a very hot day that leaving the roll in direct sun made it slightly stiffer and less conformable. Keep it in the shade before use in hot weather. Great product that does its job perfectly.
Works brilliantly at all the detail areas of my flat roof. Found that pre-cutting the bandage into the shapes needed for each detail before starting the coating process saved a lot of time. The product itself is excellent and the reinforcement is very effective.
