Application Thickness: approx. 1.2mm

How to apply | 1. Clean the surface as well as possible. 2. If required, apply bandage with Liquid Rubber to all joints and junctions, cracks, screw holes. 3. Apply a thin coat of Liquid Rubber with either a brush or a roller. 4. Let cure in between layers for about 24-48 hours, depending on temperature and relative humidity. 5. Apply second coat of Liquid Rubber and let cure 5-7 days. NOTE: Ponds and water tanks at least 3 coats of Liquid Rubber required. Let cure for at least 2-3 weeks before filling with water. NOTE: If you are after other than a black finish, you can do one layer of Liquid Rubber and then 2 layers of Thermo Top Coat. Shelf life | Once opened Liquid Rubber keeps for about 6 months. Just make sure you seal the lid properly! |
Note | Liquid Rubber membrane is NOT an ideal surface on itself if you wanted to place tables or chairs etc. on top of it. In fact this might in time dent the membrane and compromise the waterproofing aspect. On decks and balconies you can top of Liquid Rubber with tiles, synthetic turf (Arma-Blue protection sheet to be applied in between), decking, pebble-mix etc. |
